Cancellations and Missed Appointments

As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointment the day before you are scheduled. Please give a 24 hour notice, should you need to change your appointment. If there are two or more same-day cancellations or missed appointments, you will be asked to secure your future appointments with a credit card and are subject to be charged in full on future missed appointments.

For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to come in and pay a 40% deposit on the services you wish to book.

  • No refunds on products or services

  • All appointments are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy, stated above. 2 missed appointments will require a deposit when booking your third appointment.

  • Methods of payment accepted: All Credit Cards, Cash; Checks are not accepted

  • Gratuities are encouraged
